Airdrie- Expensive Kisses
John Forsyth, an engine keeper on the north British Railway, was brought up yesterday at the Airdrie Justice of the Pace Court, charged with kissing a young lady in a first class carriage on Saturday night against her will as he had repeated the salute, the justices fined him £5.
At the Burgh Court, John Bell, a butcher, was fined 15s, for assaulting a girl in the slaughter house kissing and hugging in spite of her struggles to resist him
